Job summary

Fairmead Managed Services LTD is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a long-term warehouse refurbishment project in the UK. The role offers a minimum 6 months with potential to go permanent for the right person.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain programme, budget and quality, and ensure H&S and CDM compliance while leading client progress meetings and resolving defects.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Manager background in commercial refurbishment or industrial projects.
• SMSTS essential.
• CSCS required.
• First Aid at Work desirable.
• Available to start ASAP.

• SMSTS essential
