Members of our Amber Foods team are based at every UK Poultry site and are responsible for managing the collection of by-products to prevent waste of any part of the bird.

The hours of work and shift patterns are:15:25 - 23:55 Monday to Friday

The rates of pay are: £13.26

General operative duties on the line as required

• Maintain Health and Safety standards in accordance with Company Policy and all relevant legislative documentation actively encouraging health and safety awareness with other operatives maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to in full actively encouraging the clean as you go philosophy.
• Ensure work practices minimise the risk of product contamination.
• Safe use of knives, maintaining health and safety standards
• Must be able to contribute towards achieving the product targets set for the day by working at a consistent work rate
• Must be aware of the surrounding environment and the potential hazards that could cause harm to themselves or their peers
• Ensure that all areas of training in basic food hygiene, health and safety and product quality are adhered to
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation during working hours
