Tasks and Qualifications:

Principal Accountabilities:

1. To carry out first line response to the installed MHE system faults.
2. Prioritise system faults.
3. To complete the relevant faults logs.
4. Assist with the MHE equipment servicing in accordance to the Dematic standards as set out in the equipment manuals.
5. To ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
6. To ensure quality of output.
7. Assist in the completion of relevant service records.
8. Assist with the resolution of equipment faults.
9. To complete written reports.
10. Involvement in continuous improvement activities.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

1. To have a basic understanding of mechanical / electrically operated machinery.
2. Previous experience of working in a warehouse or production environment.
3. Minimum standards of numeracy and literacy.
