As a Maintenance Assistant, you’ll be the key person ensuring our Holiday Homes and the park stay in excellent condition. Your duties will range from landscaping to repairs, making sure everything runs smoothly and safely for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Handle general building and maintenance tasks in Holiday Homes and park buildings, including plumbing and electrical work (based on your skills).
• Maintain the grounds, including fencing, laying slabs, turfing, and flower bed care.
• Provide excellent guest service by resolving queries and minimizing disruptions.
• Keep outdoor areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free, reporting issues as needed.
• Manage gas bottle checks, changes, and deliveries to Holiday Homes.
• Perform maintenance and repairs across the park, adhering to high standards and safety guidelines.
• Possession of a full UK driving license is essential.
• Availability for weekends and evenings on a rota basis.
