• Experience in construction, engineering, or a similar operations environment.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Proven ability to work with contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Good understanding of material handling and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, storage and movement of materials across the site.
• Manage delivery schedules to align with project requirements.
• Maintain storage areas to ensure materials are organised and accessible.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to facilitate logistics.
• Support site teams by ensuring materials and equipment are available when required.
• Monitor site access and vehicle movements to minimise disruption and uphold safety.
• Ensure deliveries are planned to avoid congestion and delays.
• Assist with workforce coordination and site procedures.
• Maintain records of labour allocation, deliveries and site activities.
• Promote high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping across logistics operations.
