National Grid is seeking an OHL Site Services Engineer for the OHL National Hub in the UK. The role focuses on managing Procure to Pay and finance functions, ensuring logistics contracts are in place and aligned with planned works and service levels.

You will procure contracts to support logistic activity, manage contract costs, KPI reporting, and coordinate 3PL providers with site engineers to meet operational requirements. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing supplier contracts within logistics/operational env.
• Experience with SCM, P2P and finance processes (SAP S/4HANA, Coupa).
• Experience producing, analysing and interpreting KPIs and business data.
• Proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and manage conflict.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneDrive, Teams).
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilités

• Work with P2P to procure contracts for OHL National Hub logistics.
• Manage cost allocation of all contracted activities within budgets.
• Establish and manage contract KPIs to deliver cost benefit.
• Financial forecasting and monthly/yearly reporting.
• Coordinate with OHL Engineer to ensure adequate contractual support.
• Coordinate 3PL providers for movement of equipment to/from site.
• Act as site representative for contractor staff on site.
• Raise and manage queries on non-conformance.
