Job summary

Sapphire Utility Solutions, a Lanes Group Company, is recruiting a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day project operations across wastewater network services. You will drive performance, ensure health and safety compliance, and coordinate planning, resource management and subcontractor performance on multiple sites.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will conduct site visits, manage fleets, maintain records, and coach gangs to meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and lead crews and manage the supply chain.
• Very good awareness of Health, Safety & Environment policies and safe systems of work.
• Experience delivering contractual commitments on-site and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver planning and operations on site.
• Deliver works safely and on time, adhering to requirements.
• Manage operatives, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Conduct site visits and maintain resource, material and plant records.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure PPE, vehicles and equipment are in place.
