Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a Site Labourer for a residential construction site in Wantage, Oxfordshire (OX12). This temporary/ongoing position requires you to support the roofing team, maintain site safety, and manage materials with full PPE at all times.

The ideal candidate holds a CSCS card, has PPE in place, and demonstrates reliability with prior experience on residential builds. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and ready to work on site.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, steel toe-cap boots).
• Proven reliability and a strong work ethic (references may be requested).
• Previous experience on a residential new-build site.

About the Role

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable roofing assistant to support a busy residential construction site in Wantage. This is a vital role ensuring the site remains safe, tidy, and efficient to allow skilled trades to meet their deadlines.
