Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Site Labourer for a major residential site in Fairford. You will support with final phases and the start of new groundworks, requiring a valid CSCS card and full PPE. The role involves aiding skilled trades and maintaining a safe, tidy site.

You will move materials, assist with daily site tasks, and follow health and safety protocols on an ongoing basis. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required to work on a live construction site.
• Full PPE (hard hat, high‑vis, steel toe‑cap boots) must be worn at all times.

About the Role

The Randstad UK CPE Team is looking to onboard a CSCS Labourer to support one of the leading developers at the Fairford Site. You will work on a major residential project for a leading UK housebuilder, assisting with the final stages of current phases and the start of new groundworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized site environment.
• Assisting skilled trades such as Carpenters, Bricklayers, and Dryliners.
• Moving materials and unloading deliveries safely.
• Ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed strictly.
• Assisting the Site Management team with daily tasks.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Full PPE (Hard hat, High‑vis, Steel toe‑cap boots).
• Previous experience on a busy residential construction site.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to provide at least one professional reference.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
