Job summary

Randstad UK CPE Team is seeking a CSCS Labourer to join the Fairford site on a long-term residential development project. You will support with site housekeeping, materials handling, and assisting trades, while adhering to safety protocols.

Candidates must have a valid CSCS card, full PPE, and provide a professional reference. Eligibility to work in the UK is required. This is a hands-on labouring role on a busy residential construction site.

Qualifications

• Previous residential construction site experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to provide at least one professional reference.

Randstad UK CPE Team is looking to onboard a CSCS Labourer to join the team at Fairford Site to support one of leading developers.

• Job Title: Site Labourer
• Location: Fairford, GL7
• Rate: £15.00 - £16.73 per hour (Experience depending)
• Duration: Ongoing / Long-term

The Role

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable General Labourer to join the team at the prestigious residential development in Fairford. You will be working on a major residential project for a leading UK housebuilder, assisting with the final stages of current phases and the start of new groundworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized site environment.
• Assisting skilled trades (Carpenters, Bricklayers, and Dryliners).
• Moving materials and unloading deliveries safely.
• Ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed strictly.
• Assisting the Site Management team with daily tasks.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card
• Full PPE (Hard hat, High-vis, Steel toe-cap boots).
• Previous experience on a busy residential construction site.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to provide at least one professional reference.
