Job summary

Meridian Trust is seeking a proactive Site Hub Manager to support a hub of academies, overseeing fabric and grounds, security, budgets, contracts and contractor oversight. The role includes managing PPMS, energy usage tracking, and health and safety assessments across assigned sites.

The ideal candidate will hold a site management qualification, have experience leading multiple teams, with significant budget responsibility and a recognized health and safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH.

• HSE qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH desired

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site teams and resolve day-to-day line management issues.
• Prepare budgets for Meridian Trust sites and coordinate with finance for purchasing and savings.
• Collect data for building or facilities procurements.
• Oversee premises development planning.
• Maintain a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance regime per manufacturers guidance.
• Promote and train staff on the Iamcompliant Help Desk.
