Qualifications

• Site management qualification and experience of being a site manager.
• Experience in leading multiple teams across several sites.
• Experience in managing delegated budgets and large budgets.
• H&S qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site teams, resolving day-to-day issues.
• Prepare and monitor site budgets with business managers.
• Coordinate data for building and facilities procurements.
• Oversee premises development planning and compliance.
• Maintain a strong Planned Preventative Maintenance regime.
• Promote and train staff to use the Help Desk and monitor energy use.
• Write and review H&S risk assessments for on-site activities.
