Steatite Limited is seeking a proactive HSE Advisor to support day-to-day operations, risk assessments and continuous improvement across our sites. The role focuses on promoting a strong safety culture, regulatory compliance and practical improvements to health, safety and environmental performance.

Based mainly on-site in Leominster, you will report to the HSE Manager and collaborate with engineering, production and site leadership to embed safety into everyday work and drive group-wide HSE

Formación

• Good working knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation and its practical application.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, workplace inspections and incident investigations.
• Ability to identify hazards, recommend improvements and support corrective actions.
• Preparing for or supporting internal and external HSE audits.
• Delivering toolbox talks and safety training.

Responsabilidades

• Promoting a positive safety culture with operational teams and management.
• Ensuring compliance with UK legislation, regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Managing workplace risks through risk assessments, inspections and audits.
• Investigating incidents, identifying root causes and preventative measures.
• Supporting maintenance of HSE procedures, documentation and ISO management systems.
• Monitoring performance and delivering HSE training across sites.
