Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Worcester is seeking an HR Business Partner to own all HR activities on site and be part of the Site Leadership Team. Reporting to Head of UK People and Performance with a dotted line into Site Manager, you will balance day-to-day HR work with strategic planning, budgets, and project delivery, in one of the world's largest food companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree required.
• Proven experience in generalist HR.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and cope with pressure.
• Capacity to deal with conflicting priorities and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic: define HR KPI's and align with business strategy for the Factory.
• Budget: manage the HR budget and cost control.
• Recruitment & onboarding: support talent acquisition and induction strategies.
• Learning & development: identify gaps and implement training programs.
• Employee relations and engagement: manage relations and improve communication.
• Continuous improvement: standardize HR processes and drive digitization.
