Michael Page HR is supporting an experienced HR professional to lead the people agenda at a manufacturing site in Buxton. This standalone role partners with site leadership to deliver a proactive and commercially focused HR service in a fast-paced industrial environment.

You will handle employee relations, change management, talent and workforce planning, and coach managers on people management, with a salary of £57,000–£63,000, a 15% annual bonus, company car or car allowance, private medical

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner
• Strong employee relations and stakeholder management
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments
• Comfortable in a standalone role with autonomy
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with credibility to influence at all levels

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior operational leaders to deliver the site's people strategy
• Lead on complex employee relations casework and workforce issues
• Support organisational change, restructures and business transformation activity
• Drive employee engagement, performance and capability initiatives
• Coach and influence managers on all aspects of people management
• Ensure HR policies and employment legislation are applied effectively
