Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (required)
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English
• Experience in human resources or equivalent (operations, customer service, etc.)
• Proven ability to build effective partnerships with business leaders
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and talent management

Responsibilities

• Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms and roundtables
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs
• Maintain safe and inclusive environments; establish ERGs and equitable talent practices
• Perform site walks to ensure workplace conditions and facility standards meet Amazon’s requirements
• Partner with site leaders, safety teams, and PR/public policy teams on safety and community initiatives
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive proactive HR solutions
• Coach leaders on people management and support change implementation across sites
