Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
• Relevant HR experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service).
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with business leaders.
• Experience supporting employee-focused processes (onboarding, investigations, training, talent management).

Responsibilities

• Foster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms.
• Execute and monitor engagement strategies and recognition programs with budget focus.
• Partner with campus leaders to ensure safe, inclusive environments and equitable talent practices.
• Conduct site walks to assess conditions and uphold Amazon standards.
