Job summary

Premier Foods in Lifton is seeking a proactive Human Resource Assistant to support their HR team. This site-based role involves managing HR administrative tasks including recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least two years' administrative experience within an HR environment.
• Experience using HR systems and maintaining employee records.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction of new colleagues.
• Process new starters, contractual changes and leavers within MyHR.
• Manage probation processes and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support employee relations activities and maintain case documentation.
• Coordinate absence management processes and report trends.
