Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Northampton is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a 500+ workforce across multiple sites. You will partner with senior leaders, deliver strategic and hands-on HR solutions, and drive engagement in a fast-paced operational environment.

Based primarily on site, you will build relationships, influence stakeholders, manage employee relations, and support workforce planning, governance, and payroll processes while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong HR Business Partner experience in a customer-centric, operational environment.
• Experience managing employee relations and complex people matters.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and coach managers.

Responsibilities

• Support employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective site communication.
• Lead ER initiatives and manage union relationships at multiple sites.
• Deliver HR priorities: labour flexibility, payroll optimization, T&Cs standardisation.
• Support start-ups, business wins/losses and transfers with HR solutions.
• Ensure robust performance management including sickness, disciplinary and grievances.
• Assist managers with workforce planning, organisation design and resource forecasting.
