Glanville Environmental is a reputable drainage and civil engineering company operating across the South West and Midlands. We are seeking a versatile supervisor to coordinate frontline teams, deliver planned and reactive works, and uphold safety standards while maintaining equipment and depot safety.

You will manage tasks, liaise with client representatives, perform risk assessments, and ensure compliance with PUWER and LOLER alongside vehicle inspections.

Competenze

• Experience in civil engineering/utilities.
• Experience in CIPP lining & patch lining is highly advantageous.
• Experience with no-dig techniques (pipe bursting, re-rounding).
• UK driving licence is required.
• Knowledge of WRC Sewers standards/details.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage team members; complete tasks assigned by line manager.
• Carry out works safely and in line with specifications and legislation.
• Undertake dynamic risk assessments and keep them up to date.
• Prepare comprehensive job packs including GRNs, plant hires, site time, and feedback.
• Liaise with client site representatives, other stakeholders and the public as required.
• Ensure PPE compliance and adherence to health and safety legislation.
• Carry out PUWER, LOLER, vehicle inspections and related paperwork weekly.
• Report defective plant/equipment and arrange replacement or repair.
• Keep van and equipment clean, tidy and safe on site.
• Co-operate with depot safety and manage materials/equipment flow.
