Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified or QBE accountant with site control experience in Manufacturing/Engineering.
• Strong systems skills and experience partnering with site operations.
• Experience in long-term contract or project accounting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Managing Director, Operations, Sales and senior stakeholders to support business performance.
• Provide clear and insightful analysis of financial and operational performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Develop and monitor KPIs that support manufacturing performance.
• Analyse margins, costs, productivity and profitability, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support commercial decision-making including pricing, investment and business cases.
• Work with operational teams to improve cost control and financial performance.
• Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis for strategic decisions.
• Help develop systems, processes and controls as the business scales.
• Identify efficiencies and opportunities to improve financial performance.
