Job summary
Michael Page International Recruitment Limited in Lincoln seeks a senior financial leader to partner with the MD, operations and sales to deliver accurate management and financial reporting for a £15m t/o site. You will own budgeting, forecasting and planning, develop KPIs for manufacturing performance, and provide financial modelling to support strategic decisions.
The role requires a qualified or QBE accountant with site control experience in manufacturing/engineering, strong systems skills

- Qualified or QBE accountant with site control experience in manufacturing/engineering.
- Strong systems skills and proven experience partnering with site operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with MD, Operations and Sales to support business performance.
- Provide clear analysis of financial and operational performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for manufacturing performance.
- Analyse margins, costs, productivity and profitability for improvements.
- Support commercial decision-making including pricing and business cases.
- Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis for strategic decisions.
- Develop systems, processes and controls as the business scales.
