Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare, deliver and evaluate monthly, quarterly and annual site accounts and budgets.
• Lead the Finance team of 4 individuals.
• Prepare month end processes and accounts.
• Cash management and forecasting for local and corporate leadership.
• Maintain the fixed asset register and undertake periodic fixed asset inspections.
• Oversee purchase ledger and sales ledger processes to ensure compliance.
• Oversee Payroll.
• Create weekly and monthly presentations detailing financial performance.
• Liaise with key stakeholders for ad-hoc reporting and information.
• Liaise with external auditors during year end process.
• Monthly accruals and prepayments.
• Prepare annual budgets.
• Prepare Statutory accounts.
• Collaborate on five-year plan with Sales Manager and General Manager.
