Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, tax, forecasting and budgeting.
• Professional certifications that enhance credibility and expertise in accounting and finance (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Managerial experience in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley, CAS and FAR, and corporate policies.
• Provides advice on objectives, strategies and tactics from an accounting/financial perspective.
• Ensures accurate and timely reporting of financial statements and analyses.
• Coordinates the preparation of annual and quarterly budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Reviews proposals, manages A/R and A/P, supports strategic planning and payroll processing.
