Eaton Corporation in the United Kingdom seeks an Accounting & Controls Manager - Aerospace to lead the accounting function for allocated Aerospace EMEA sites, ensuring accuracy of US GAAP and local GAAP numbers while meeting compliance requirements.

This role focuses on standardizing and optimizing financial processes across the zone, rolling out strategic initiatives, and collaborating with Controllership, Global Financial Accounting, and COEs to create efficient structures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with US GAAP and SOX desirable.
• Fluent in business English; local language optional.

Responsabilités

• Lead closing, accounting, and reporting for allocated Aerospace EMEA sites.
• Maintain control environment and compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and local laws.
• Prepare statutory reporting; represent company on boards when required.
• Partner with Operations to understand activities and drive financial acumen.
• Support strategic projects—tax, restructuring, M&A, payroll, systems.
• Drive standardization and automation of financial processes.
• Support process improvements and transitions across the region.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Ensure budgets are met and audits are completed with integrity.
