Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Finance Controller to lead the finance function at our site in the United Kingdom. You will prepare, deliver and evaluate month-end, quarter-end and annual accounts and budgets, while providing strategic financial input to local and corporate leadership.

Responsibilities include managing a team of 4, cash forecasting, asset registers, payroll oversight, and liaising with auditors. Strong costing knowledge and ERP proficiency are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a finance controller in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead a finance team and meet monthly deadlines.
• Strong costing and budgeting expertise.
• US GAAP knowledge desirable.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team of 4 individuals.
• Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and annual accounts.
• Cash management and forecasting for local and corporate leadership.
• Oversee payroll, purchase, and sales ledgers.
• Prepare annual budgets and five-year plan with senior management.
• Liaise with external auditors and provide ad-hoc reporting.
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial performance presentations.
