Job summary

Philosophy Education LTD. in London is seeking an experienced Primary School Site Manager to oversee the campus operations and keep the buildings safe and well maintained.

This role runs Monday to Friday, 07:00–12:00, with an ASAP start and a keen focus on security, repairs and liaison with the Headteacher, cleaning staff and external contractors to uphold high standards of the school environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing school facilities and site operations.
• Ability to supervise maintenance, security, and cleaning coordination.
• Excellent liaison with Headteacher and contractors; ensure safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site operations, maintenance and security of buildings.
• Support with general repairs around school facilities.
• Liaise with Headteacher, staff and contractors to maintain high standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of site at designated times and security of premises.
