Job summary

Philosophy Education LTD. is seeking an experienced school site manager to join a primary school in Haringey. The role involves site supervision, maintenance, and security of the buildings.

You will liaise with the Headteacher, cleaning staff and external contractors to keep the environment safe and clean, and ensure opening/closing times are met and intruder-free. Start ASAP; Enhanced DBS on update service is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a school site manager or facilities supervisor.
• Ability to liaise with Headteacher and contractors to meet high standards.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the supervision of the site and the maintenance and security of the buildings.
• Support with general maintenance and repairs in and around the school facilities.
• Liaise with the Headteacher, cleaning staff and external contractors to ensure the work undertaken meets the high standards of the school and to ensure that the school is a clean and safe environment for students and staff.
• Ensure the school site is opened and closed at the designated time and to guarantee the school is free from intruders and is safe for pupils, staff and visitors.
