Job summary

Philosophy Education LTD. is seeking an experienced Primary School Site Manager to join the premises team at a primary school in Haringey.

This role, Monday to Friday 07:00–12:00, is an on-site position requiring an Enhanced DBS on the update service and an ASAP start.

You will supervise the site, oversee maintenance and security, liaise with headteacher and contractors, and ensure the school opens and closes on time with a safe environment for pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS on update service is required.
• Experience as a school site manager is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the supervision of the site and the maintenance and security of the buildings
• Support with general maintenance and repairs in and around the school facilities
• Liaise with the Headteacher, cleaning staff and external contractors to ensure the work undertaken meets the high standards of the school and to ensure that the school is a clean and safe environment for students and staff
• Ensure the school site is opened and closed at the designated time and to guarantee the school is free from intruders and is safe for pupils, staff and visitors
