Omega Plc in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Site Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function for a large FMCG site. You will shape the engineering strategy, drive reliability, maintenance, and capital projects, and lead a team to deliver world-class performance. Qualificações

• Experience leading engineering change at scale in a 24/7 FMCG environment.
• Strong track record in maintenance strategy and reliability improvements.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-pound budgets and large teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the engineering change agenda for the site including maintenance and asset care.
• Develop and implement the engineering maintenance strategy and autonomous maintenance programmes.
• Monitor OEE performance and drive continuous improvement through TPM/Lean.
• Lead culture change, capability development and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Oversee capital projects and deliver value through safety, quality and productivity improvements.
