Proper Snacks, a fast-growing UK snacks company, is seeking a Site Engineering Manager for our Nuneaton factory. You will lead a multi-shift engineering team, own asset care, drive reliability improvements and ensure compliance across safety, hygiene and audits.

You will report to the Head of Manufacturing and shape the 2030 engineering roadmap. You will be a visible, hands-on leader, focusing on preventative maintenance, data-driven decisions and strategic CAPEX delivery to enable scalable

Qualificações

HNC or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
Proven experience leading engineering teams in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of asset care, PPM systems and CMMS.

Responsabilidades

Lead and develop a skilled engineering team across all shifts with development plans.
Own site asset care strategy to improve reliability, availability and OEE.
Drive safety culture and ensure engineering compliance (food safety, hygiene, audits).
Manage engineering budgets, contractors and CAPEX projects.
Partner with Operations, Quality and Supply Chain; formalise engineering standards and change control.
Shape the engineering input into the Nuneaton 2030 roadmap and sustainability improvements.
