Job summary

Osprey-Group is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of technical and operational activities within our major project environment. You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider engineering team to ensure engineering takes, coordination, and deliverables are executed safely and to the required quality standards.

This role focuses on heavy lift transport and lifting operations, with responsibilities including drawings, calculations, risk assessments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering related discipline required; Masters in the same field desirable.
• Experience on large scale construction projects is expected.
• Experience with lifting operations using mobile cranes, tower cranes and crawler cranes is preferred.
• Experience with technical codes and standards is required.
• Client facing experience as an Engineer is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop drawings, calculations, visualisations, manuals, risk assessments and other key documents.
• Coordinate engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient delivery and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to develop conceptual solutions for lifting operations.
• Act as a point of contact for the customer and site operations team.
• Ensure high levels of document quality and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
