Job summary

Kenton Black Limited is seeking a Site Engineer to support major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the UK. You will set out, survey, interpret drawings and provide technical support to site teams on large-scale schemes.

The role requires experience in civil engineering projects, competence with GPS/total stations and a proactive approach to health, safety, and quality. Excellent long-term opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Engineer on civil engineering or major infrastructure projects.
• Competent in setting out and surveying techniques with GPS/total stations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Setting out and surveying works in line with drawings and specs.
• Interpreting drawings and providing technical support to site teams.
• Carrying out site surveys and as-built surveys.
• Coordinating with site management and subcontractors.
• Monitoring quality and compliance with project standards.
• Maintaining QA records and inspection documentation.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues on site.
• Ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Flexibility to work across UK-based project sites.
