Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Engineer in civil engineering or major infrastructure projects.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Experience using surveying equipment, including GPS and total stations.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach to health, safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set out and survey works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure accurate line, level and positioning of civil engineering works.
• Interpret engineering drawings and provide technical support to site teams.
• Carry out site surveys, measurements and as-built surveys.
• Coordinate with site management, subcontractors and engineering teams.
• Monitor quality and ensure works comply with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, QA documentation and inspection records.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Support the delivery of works in line with programme and quality standards.
