Job summary

Aureos is seeking a Site Engineer to join our growing team in England. You will contribute to project delivery, lean construction practices, and HSQE compliance while maintaining site records and coordinating with design and site teams.

The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering qualification, construction experience, and strong communication skills. A full UK driving licence is essential for现场 duties.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Previous experience on construction projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Setting out, levelling and surveying the construction site.
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings and record any variances.
• Overseeing quality control.
• Ensure Site diaries and allocation sheets are produced.
• Keep contemporary records.
• Review Contract programme with site team.
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance.
• Attend weekly site meetings.
• Coordinate with the design manager to align design activities with the programme.
