Job summary

Aureos Infrastructure Services Limited seeks a highly motivated Site Engineer to oversee construction projects from inception to completion at sites based in Andover. You will ensure conformance to designs, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as Site Engineer in infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with surveying equipment and AutoCAD.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specs, safety regs and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review project schedules, monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and ensure compliance with plans.
• Manage and allocate on-site resources, including labour, materials and equipment.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports with site diaries and photos.
• Implement health, safety and environmental policies on site.
• Assist in cost estimates, budget control and variations to contracts.
• Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
• Ensure accurate setting out and surveying for construction elements.
