Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven site engineer experience on infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regs.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations including labour, materials and equipment.
• Interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications and project documents.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and local authorities.
• Manage site logistics including delivery, storage and waste.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
• Maintain accurate site records.
