Qualifications

  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and local authorities.
  • Manage site logistics including delivery, storage and waste.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage daily site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.

  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for project stakeholders.

  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions on‑site.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, material usage, and labor hours.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer in infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
