Job summary

Balfour Beatty, active in the Anglian Water region, is seeking a proactive Site Engineer to support delivery of major infrastructure within the @one Alliance. You will work with Project Managers, Site Managers and design teams to ensure works meet safety, quality and programme targets across AMP8 projects.

Responsibilities include setting out, surveying, maintaining records, supporting planning and coordination, and resolving technical issues with design teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong setting-out and surveying knowledge.
• Experience with drawing interpretation and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Set out and survey works per drawings and specs.
• Ensure construction activities meet safety, quality and programme objectives.
• Maintain accurate site records and QA documentation.
• Support planning, coordination and delivery across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor subcontractor activities for quality and safety.
