Job summary

Barhale is seeking a Site Engineer to join our @one Alliance with Anglian Water, delivering on-site engineering and QA duties. You will manage surveying, setting out, I&T records, and ensure quality against digital design models while supporting HSE requirements.

You will develop Graduate/Apprentice engineers, contribute to lookahead planning, and help minimise waste through effective material take-offs and procurement collaboration. Competitive salary and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• HND/HNC Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• Understanding of CAD & BIM proficiency.
• IT skills with Microsoft Office suite essential.
• CSCS Card is required.
• Experience with site surveying and QA processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site quality assurance, including surveying and setting out duties.
• Manage programme, quality and budget assurances for your section.
• Prepare temporary works design briefs and liaise with design teams.
• Review designs and raise technical queries as needed.
• Produce and submit red-line drawings and 3-month lookahead plans.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental management on site.
