Job summary

Barhale is seeking a Site Engineer to join the @one Alliance, working on Anglian Water projects in the East of England. You will own engineering works on site, plan tasks, ensure timely, cost-effective delivery, and contribute to digital design model records.

Essential qualifications include HND/HNC in Civil Engineering, CAD/BIM proficiency, CSCS, First Aid, and surveying equipment use. A dynamic, safety‑driven, career‑progressing environment is offered.

Qualifications

• HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering or HNC Civil Engineering Technician level 4.
• CAD & BIM proficiency to interpret digital designs.
• CSCS Card.
• 3-day First Aid certification.
• Ability to use robotic total station and GPS surveying equipment.
• IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site quality assurance, surveying, setting out duties, quality checks and approvals.
• Generate and manage lookahead programmes and coordinate with the Site Manager.
• Prepare Inspection and Test Plans and ensure records are stored digitally.
• Support health, safety and environmental management on site.
• Develop Graduate/Apprentice Engineers for talent growth.
