Job summary

Spinwell Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer for a public sector project based in Trawsfynydd. This full-time, on-site role operates on a 4-day week with a 24-month contract and a pay rate of £36.89–£42.00 per hour, inside IR35.

Qualifications

• SMSTS or NEBOSH Construction Certificate is required.
• CDM experience and strong construction knowledge on site.
• Experience supervising activities such as lifting, demolition, and working at height.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and drive continuous improvement on site.
• Review method statements, safe systems of work and documentation.
• Demonstrate flexibility and coordinate effectively with teams.
