Job summary

PepsiCo UK is seeking a dynamic leader to drive the site Sustainability and Resource Conservation (RECON) agenda at the Leicester site. You will develop and deliver strategies to reduce energy, water, and waste, while supporting operational excellence and cost reduction across Engineering, Operations, and Leadership teams.

As a senior leader, you will champion sustainability, embed conservation principles, and align long-term business planning with regulatory compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

• BTEC HNC in a relevant electromechanical discipline or equivalent vocational experience.
• NEBOSH General Certificate.
• IOSH Managing Safety Critical Experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Leicester Manufacturing energy resource conservation program (RECON), driving the site energy and water reduction plan.
• Build a strategic roadmap with maturity model alignment and empower personnel.
• Liaise with external contractors and agencies for performance and value.
• Proactively seek energy or waste reduction projects and initiatives.
• Ensure safety and environmental management across the span of responsibility.
• Develop energy budgets and a +5-year saving program aligned with productivity plans.
• Manage energy reading assets and monitoring records.
