Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Site-Book Document Controller for a flagship Bournemouth project. You will manage project documents, drawings, and quality procedures on a £90M scheme, ensuring systems are accessible to the site team and client.

The role requires familiarity with ISO 19650 and experience using Dalux or Viewpoint, with prior work on similar high-value projects preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with document control systems and procedures.
• Familiar with ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience on large value schemes (£50M+).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all relevant data and documents in line with company protocol.
• Ensure quality assessment to all submitted documents and drawings per ISO 19650.
• Lead and support the site team and client regarding system usage and management.
