This role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, and liaising with stakeholders to achieve project objectives efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are executed as planned and resolving any issues that arise.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for site teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company safety standards, implementing necessary precautions and risk assessments.
- Budget & Resource Management: Monitor site expenses, manage resources effectively, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report project progress, providing updates to senior management and adjusting plans when required.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support site teams, ensuring productivity, performance, and professional development.
