Job Overview

A global, leading digital consultancy is seeking a Delivery Manager who specializes in Agile delivery, coaching, and working in ERP environments. The role involves delivering transformational programmes, fostering collaboration, and championing Agile practices.

This role is remote with occasional travel to client sites in London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience) + bonus + other benefits.

Your Profile

To succeed, you should have:

• Recent experience applying Agile principles in an ERP environment (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle, O365). Please only apply if you have recent ERP integrations/implementations/transformations experience.
• Good understanding of ERP, including functional and/or technical application knowledge.
• Knowledge of industry trends and their impact on business and ERP strategies.
• Understanding of DevOps practices in ERP contexts.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with teams and stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals effectively.
• Strong business acumen and experience in driving transformation.
• Experience managing services in dynamic environments, including SLAs, OLAs, and contracts.

Ideally, additional qualifications include:

• Experience with large-scale program migrations.
• Test management experience in ERP settings.
• Relevant certifications in Agile, IT service management, or project management.
• Experience in a people or line management role.
