Job summary

Sizewell C Company is seeking an Agent for Delivery/Enabling and Earthworks to lead a multi-disciplinary team on the Sizewell Suffolk site. You will manage the enabling and earthworks scope, coordinating design, planning, procurement and execution with the Civil Works Alliance.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to work unsociable hours to meet programme deadlines. CSCS and SMSTS are desirable qualifications.

Qualifications

• Clear ability to communicate a safe system of work and enforce compliance.
• Own tasks and lead a team to deliver results.
• Willingness to work unsociable hours as required.
• Strong leadership and ability to work without supervision.
• Excellent report writing and IT proficiency.
• HNC/HND/Degree in civil engineering or equivalent required.
• CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team including Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers and Foremen.
• Oversee design, planning, procurement and execution of early SZC civils scope.
• Coordinate enabling works such as SSSI crossing, dewatering, and sea defence.
• Ensure safety, quality and timely delivery in line with programme.
• Communicate progress and issues with the client and partners.
