Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

We are seeking a Site Coordinator to join our team to manage daily production schedules, including content and campaign scheduling. You will set up and test site promotions, act as the first line support for the website, and ensure all site content and product information is accurate and published on schedule.

This role requires working four days a week in our office and one day from home.

What You Will Do
  1. Configure site modules and schedule content, ensuring accuracy at every step.
  2. Set up and test promotions and campaigns as directed by merchandising and marketing teams.
  3. Ensure all site content, including SEO and metadata, is accurate.
  4. Optimize product pages, review product and category redirects.
  5. Review website search functions and optimize null and popular searches.
  6. Review navigation and make adjustments based on market optimization.
  7. Implement online merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
  8. Ensure product launches and promotional activities go live on time with all necessary inclusions and exclusions.
  9. Tag all site content correctly for analytics purposes.
  10. Coordinate assets and product launch information to meet testing and deadline requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  1. Experience in a similar role within an e-commerce retail environment.
  2. Understanding of e-commerce trading and best practices.
  3. Knowledge of user experience, web usability, and web analytics (advantageous).
  4. Content management experience using Demandware or Salesforce.
  5. Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
  6. Effective communication skills.
  7. Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and ideally JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe software.
  8. High accuracy and attention to detail.
  9. Commercial awareness.
  10. Cultural sensitivity.
  11. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
