Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a Site Continuous Improvement Manager for its Sustainable Distribution Centre in NN7 2QA. You will lead CI activities, coach teams, optimize resource planning, and drive space utilisation across multi-client sites to deliver lean improvements and cost savings.

A strong background in Lean, Kaizen and data analysis is essential. You will collaborate with UK/global CI managers, deliver training, and ensure Right First Time culture while supporting ESG benefits and client

Qualifications

• Proven CI and Lean knowledge within logistics
• Experience applying Kaizen and Lean tools in fast-paced environments
• Ability to analyze operational data and reporting patterns
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Continuous Improvement activities across site contracts
• Develop and deliver CI training for managers and operators
• Deliver Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Drive First-Time-Accuracy improvements and Right First Time culture
• Analyse data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders
