Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a site Continuous Improvement Manager for our Sustainable Distribution Centre (NN7 2QA). You will coach teams in developing CI capability, manage resource planning, labour allocation and space utilisation across multi-client sites, and drive initiatives to improve performance and reduce waste.

The role requires extensive logistics management experience, strong Lean/Kaizen skills, and ability to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• CI skills: Lean and Kaizen implementation across multi-client sites.
• Experience in producing operational reports and variance analysis.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage change in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Continuous Improvement activities to deliver broader business benefits.
• Develop resource planning, labour allocation and space utilisation tools.
• Lead Kaizen and Lean initiatives to improve cost savings and ESG benefits.
• Coach site teams to build Right First Time/Lean culture.
• Collaborate with CI managers across regions to share best practices.
